Dick Herman

Dick grew up in Nebraska before moving to Texas to earn a ministry degree at SAGU in Waxahachie. He met his wife Lisa in Houston after moving there for a youth ministry position right out of college. After serving in youth ministry for 6 years, Dick and Lisa moved to San Antonio for 4 years where they directed a home of teenage boys for Boys Town. Feeling led to pursue university ministry, Dick and Lisa completed a 1-year Chi Alpha internship at Missouri State before moving to San Marcos in 2001 to pioneer Chi Alpha at Texas State. In 2011 the Hermans were blessed with the addition of Emily to their family. She is so much fun! Dick and Lisa love Jesus Christ and helping university students live out their Christian faith at Texas State.

Andrew & Alicia Youngblood

Andrew and Alicia were both involved in Chi Alpha as undergrads at Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX. Their lives were completely changed by God through the ministry of Chi Alpha, and felt called to pioneer Chi Alpha at TCU in the spring of 2012. After completing the XA internship at University of North Texas in the 2012-2013 school year, they made the move to the beautiful city of Fort Worth to start Chi Alpha at TCU.

They love college students, and long to see students become fully devoted, lifelong followers of Christ, and to discover God’s purpose for their lives. Go Frogs!
